Terms & Conditons All users of this website and customers of Legacy Hydraulics LLC agree to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Equipment applicability: All equipment applications are stated for reference purposes only. Legacy Hydraulics LLC makes no guarantee of suitability and is not responsible for costs related to returns arising from application issues. Availability: All lead times and product availability, expressed or stated, are intended but not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed due to manufacture, distribution or other circumstances. In the event, there is a change or delay in filling an order Legacy Hydraulics LLC will notify the customer via phone, mail or email. Legacy Hydraulics LLC will issue a full refund upon request for any delayed or changed order before the order is shipped. Legacy Hydraulics LLC reserves the right to cancel any order for a full refund at any time. Shipments: Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon with the customer, our standard shipping method is UPS ground. All shipping charges are prepaid and billed to the customer unless otherwise agreed upon at time of order. Orders damaged or lost in transit must be reported to the carrier and Legacy Hydraulics LLC immediately upon receipt of damaged goods or notification of lost item. Returns: All returns must be authorized by Legacy Hydraulics prior to shipment. Legacy Hydraulics LLC reserves the right to inspect all returns for warranty before warranty claims will be honored. Non-warranty returns must be in new and unused condition and purchased from Legacy Hydraulics LLC within the preceding 30 days. Built to order or specialty items may be subject to a restocking fee of no more than 35% of the original purchase price. Warranty: Legacy Hydraulics LLC warrants all products for the period of six months after the purchase date on the condition that products are properly installed and operated. Legacy Hydraulics reserves the right to inspect all items returned for warranty before claims will be honored. Warranty claims will not be granted in the case of altered, dismantled, disassembled, misuse or negligence of products. Warranties are limited to repair, replacement or refund only.
All products returned for warranty evaluation will be inspected to determine the cause of failure. If the failure is confirmed to be a valid warrantable defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
If the failure is found to be non-warrantable — including but not limited to misuse, contamination, improper installation, lack of lubrication, wear-and-tear, or no problem found — an evaluation fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of inspection, testing, and documentation.
Limitation of Liability: Legacy Hydraulics LLC shall not be liable for loss, injury, direct or indirect damages that result from use of this website or products purchased from Legacy Hydraulics LLC. Before using any product, the user shall assume all liability including responsibility for and risks in connection with the products intended use. The user accepts products without warranties beyond those stated herein.
